What do you think Casey's life would be like if she is found not guilty?

Let's see, almost every friend, ex-boyfriend, and extended family member is disgusted by her and wants nothing to do with her. She will probably never be able to find a job and wherever she goes she will get dirty looks. Plus, the entire world thinks she is guilty and if she was released about 99% of people would be outraged and her safety would be in serious question. Looks like she'd almost be better off with life in prison..
 
You're right, she is better off in prison.

She would have no life on the outside, remember, she is Public Enemy #1. I think that in the long run someone would take care of her for good, ya know what I mean?
 
Nah, MOST people would shun her, but there are always some who'll suck up for her "fame" or, frankly, guys for ... (synonym for "kittie"). (Meow.) Me bad. There'll be a few who think she's innocent, unjustly accused, put upon by the media and LE, etc., and KC will sniff those out and have a little circle of them. And I betcha she'd use and abuse all of them, too.

She wouldn't skip a beat from her past lifestyle. There is always some wacko out there willing to be with her. Just look at O.J. Simpson he had a beautiful girlfriend after he was found not guilty for killing his wife and her friend.

True but OJ Simpson was a successful football star with tons of money and unfortunately some women would be able to look past the whole crime for those reasons. Casey was a nobody before the trial and has no money whatsoever. Even if she is cleared of the murder conviction, that doesn't get rid of the fact that she was a proven pathological liar, stole money from numerous people, and once considered checking herself into an institution for mental problems. If a guy is going to be able to look past what she was convicted of, he's still going to have to be able to deal with teh fact that this is an EXTREMELY troubled and sociopathic girl. I don't think most guys would want to put up with that.

A sociopath doesn't change. She'll be shunned by the public for the most part and end up in jail getting caught doing some other ugly deed.


She's a danger to society imo.
 
Unfortunately, there are people who would attach themselves to her because of her notoriety. She'll find plenty of men willing to father her future babies.
 
I think overall she will be shunned by society but there are always those who seek media attention as much as she does who might want to befriend her. I think her family dynamics will change forever and regardless of how GA, CA, & LA say they are a united family their relationships with KC will never be the same...how could they be?
 
Casey is not in the general jail population so she's not learning any street smarts while in there, so I figure she'd get out and get on SSI disability for mental disorder and start getting involved with men again.

She would make as much money as she can off this, interviews, topless spreads, etc. She would work hard on her celebrity status.
 
I think after a transition period, she would be just fine. She may even change her name, move, and make up a past. Since she was so good an manipulating people before and lying, there is no reason to think she wouldn't be able to do that again. People's memories are short and not everyone pays as much attention to these kinds of things as we do. I would be pretty surprised if she wasn't able to get a job as a bartender or something - maybe not in the state of Florida, but I think she could just about anywhere else.

Absolutely. I'm sure Working Mothers magazine would love to get her story. :eek:
 
Just like OJ, she would end up in jail again for something else -- probably stealing/fraud.
