NE - Jeffrey Julian, 20, Omaha, 5 Feb 2009
11 Feb 09
Omaha police seek the public’s help in locating 20-year-old Jeff Julian, last seen near 180th Street and West Center Road about 1 a.m. Thursday. Jeff was driving a 1983 four-door Honda Accord...
His mother, Christine Julian, said today that her son hasn’t communicated with family or friends.
She got Jeff’s computer this morning and checked his Facebook account. It appears Jeff hasn’t logged in since he before he was reported missing. He hasn’t responded to numerous messages left for him.
Matt Julian, Jeff’s uncle, said he and his nephew had attended a blues-rock concert at Slowdown, 729 N. 14th St., Wednesday night.
"There’s no bank account activity," she said. "His phone is on — it rings. There haven’t been any calls made on his phone. He doesn’t have a coat. He didn’t take his guitar, his iPod, his laptop.
Rick Wagner, the manager at the Speedee Mart at 2920 S. 120th St. said Jeff is a regular customer and came into the store early Friday morning.
Employees said Jeff was acting very confused and couldn’t finish his sentences.
Jeff’s grandfather, Bill Julian, reviewed the strore’s surveillance tape and thought he saw Jeff, but wasn’t certain, Christine Julian said.
She said some people also have told her they thought they saw her son Friday looking disoriented at the Hy-Vee near 156th Street and West Maple Road. But he didn’t turn up in a review of the store’s surveillance video, she said.
The Accord he was driving has Nebraska license plates RBB¤066. It has several bumper stickers on the back. Jeff Julian’s mom said the car looked tan, but the registration says gray.
Jeff Julian is 5-foot-11, 125 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.

He disappeared earlier this month. No one has seen or heard from Jeffrey Julian. Now his family down there and friends are praying together for his safe return. "Let us pray to the lord." Prayers of hope are words Christine Julian hopes her 20-year-old son Jeffrey will hear. "We hope he's okay. We miss him and love him and just want to know he's okay." It's been almost three weeks since the Julian family has heard from Jeffrey.
He disappeared earlier this month. Investigators say he hasn't used his cell phone or any credit cards.
Among the crowd a familiar face. Kelley Jolkowski says she's here to support a family she's never met.

Breaking News: Body Found Near Fremont Search Scene
Investigators Said They Can't Confirm Body Is Missing Omaha Man
A body has been found around 3 p.m. Monday in the area where a search was held for a missing Omaha man.
Investigators said the body is that of a white male and it was found near a farm field and about a half mile from where Jeffrey Julian's car was found. They say they cannot postively identify the body as being Julian.
Search crews did say they found a tie-died shirt and khaki pants leading up to the body.
Saunders County Sheriff Kevin Stukenholtz said investigators found Julian's cell phone and backpack inside the car.
I wonder where the dog is.
