I wish I could find more information on this case. Basically she was last seen in Nov but not reported missing until Jan? And why is Shelby County posting this information if she is from Leeds? Leeds is a city that is not within Shelby County....
A google search provided no further details. Basically we don't know who last saw her? Or where it was? How sad. I wish someone who knew her could add to the story. And I wish she had gotten some local coverage...

04-24-2013, 01:15 AM #5In January of 2009, her sister called the Shelby County Sheriff's Office to report Adkins missing. "She said she hadn't heard from her sister in two months,'' Talton said, "and that was very odd."
"It was turned over to our Criminal Investigation Division,'' he said, "and after speaking with family members, investigators felt something was wrong."
Family members told investigators they spoke to her boyfriend, who told them Adkins had moved out of the apartment. Two weeks later, Talton said, the boyfriend moved to Huntsville and told investigators to look for Adkins in Texas where she had corresponded with a man on Facebook. Houston detectives spoke with that man at length, and determined he had not seen Adkins in years.
The trail went cold.
Adkins didn't have a car, and her cell phone hasn't been used since Nov. 13, 2008. Her information has been entered into national databases, but nothing has turned up involving any activity on her part.
Authorities said they suspect foul play in her disappearance.
