NH - Bryan J. Harman, 28, Laconia, 31 Dec 2008
12 March 09
Laconia Police are asking for the public's help in locating a 28-year-old city man who has been missing since New Year's Eve.
Bryan J. Harman, most recently of the Dartmouth Street area, was last seen on Dec. 31 when he had an argument with his girlfriend. He was reported missing the next day by his mother.
Harman is described as 5-feet, 9-inches tall with brown eyes and brown hair. He has a small tattoo on his neck. He was last seen wearing a black sweat shirt, black jeans, a black jacket and black boots.
Laconia Police Lt. Chris Adams said Harman has no known medical or psychological conditions nor did he have a criminal record. Adams added that Harman, who worked at a retail establishment in Gilford, still has not picked up a check due him from his employer.
"It's odd when nobody has seen or heard" about Harman in more than two months time, said Adams.
Anyone who has seen Harman or knows his whereabouts is asked to contact Laconia Police Off. Benjamin Black at 524-5252.

Man's body found in Manchester
Two teens walking through woods in the city's North End discovered a man's body yesterday morning, city police said.
Police were notified about 11:30 a.m. about the body, which was found off Heather Street, a dead-end road off Union Street. Police said the body was that of a white man in his mid-20s to early 30s. No identification was found with the body.
"Right now, we're estimating the body had been there for several months," Detective Lt. Nick Willard of the Manchester Police Department said.
Police are now working to find out how the man died and who he was.
Willard said an autopsy has been scheduled for this morning.

An autopsy is not yet complete, and police said they do not know the cause of death, but they were not labeling it suspicious at this point.
