The second of three area teens presumed to have drowned more than a week ago was recovered from the Feather River this afternoon, and authorities identified a body found Saturday night.
The second body was spotted around 3:30 p.m. today by a motorist driving down Garden Highway, said Capt. Dave Samson, of the Sutter County Sheriff's Department. The first body was spotted by a fisherman at around 9 p.m. Saturday.
By late afternoon Sunday, authorities had positively identified the first body as that of 18-year-old Roman Pristupa.
The second body has not yet been identified, but is believed to be one of the three missing teens. The boys, Bohdan Lytvynyuk, 16, Alex Kaplinskiy, 17, and Pristupa went missing March 4 after their vehicle careened into the river near Nicolaus.

Authorities had been searching for the teens every day since. Last Saturday night , a fisherman spotted one body about a mile south of the crash site which is know as Beer Can Beach. The victim was identified as Pristupa.
Then a passerby reported seeing a body in the same vicinity of the river on Sunday afternoon. The Maryville Appeal-Democrat reports the fathers of Lytvynyuk and Kaplinskiy have idenitified the second and third victims as their sons.
