Rohan Stefon Brown, 26, was last seen in the Poughkeepsie area on or about August 8, 2008, police said.
He is described as a black male of Jamaican decent, five feet, nine inches tall, weighing 190 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
Brown was living at 7D Flannery Avenue in Poughkeepsie and had registered for the fall 2008 semester at SUNY Albany. Brown failed to attend classes and was dropped by the administration.
No contact with family or friends living in the City of Poughkeepsie or Dutchess County had been made since August.
At the time of his disappearance, Brown was operating a 2001 blue two-door Hyundai Accent sedan bearing NY Reg: DPY4895. This vehicle is also missing.
