2008.07.22 *REVISIT* Bond Hearing

Here's a link to a video of Strickland speaking during the July 22 bond hearing for Casey.....I can't find the videos of GA, CA, and LA....I remember seeing them testify at this bond hearing, and even Yuri testified back then, but I can only find clips of their testimony now....I just thot if someone had them to post, it would be nice to view them again, in hindsight.....so please, post em if ya got em!!!

I remember that last one, done by Mike and Juliette. It's a good example of how combative CA was in the beginning. She was adamant that this was an "us vs. them" situation.

She lied about the cadaver dogs in her backyard. The first cadaver dog hit on three different areas. They brought in a second cadaver dog, and didn't tell that dog's handler about any hits made by the first dog. The second dog hit on the same three spots as the first dog did. There wasn't any consistencies. The dog handler testified at the first bond hearing, and explained the process of the backyard search.

At that time, Cindy had an answer for everything. LE was wrong, KC was cooperative, the smell in the car was old pizza that had been there for 19 days, the dogs weren't consistent, etc. For every Known fact, CA countered with her own "fact."
