I can't even find a birthdate for her. This is very sad. Another case of a person in the State of New York that goes missing and is forgotten

Does any one know if Lutricia has dental records anywhere?

Lutricia Steele probably does have dental records available.
I know the Doe Network case manger from that area works with Lutricia's mom.

Lutricia received SSI and may have seen a dentist under medicaid guidelines.

May 1, 2008 Lutricia Steele went missing.
It has been three years and she still has not been found.

Recap:
Lutricia lived with her mom and two of her children in Schenectady, NY.
Lutricia received her SSI check May 1, 2008. She left the house
to go cash the check and do a couple of errands.
She said she would be back in two hours to take children to a bbq.
She never showed up.
She was reported missing right away.
But the Schenctady PD did not post her missing status on their website for one month.

Police did search for her, handed out fliers in places they felt she might be.
Family did some searching and talking with people on the street.

She had a Boost cell phone that has never been found.
The phone pinged for several days after her disappearance.

Lutricia had four children. The two older children lived (lives) with her husband and his mother. She had been seperated for awhile, but had never divorced.

She was scheduled to testify in court against an ex boyfriend.
It has been stated that he faced a charge of rape.
The ex was alleged to be the father of her youngest child.

It has been noted that Lutricia had said she was pregnant.
She supposedly saw a doctor the day she went missing.

Now, her two youngest children live with her mom.
The two older children still live with her husband.

Authorities have said little about the remains, only indicating they were heavily decomposed and covered in silt. Police agencies have declined to speculate on how long the remains were there.

Lutricia Steele went missing from Webster Street in Schenectady on May 1, 2008, a little more than three miles from Wednesday’s discovery. The mother of four was 27 when she was last seen. Steele’s sister, Andrea Wakefield, heard about Wednesday’s discovery through a missing persons Facebook group she follows.

“It’s definitely always on my mind,” said Wakefield, who lives in Utica. “We wonder daily. It’s never out of my head, just to think about her kids growing up without her, my kids growing up without her and the consequences of her being gone.”

Interesting. Steele's Charley Project entry says she didn't have a car, so I looked at bus routes in the area. There's a bus that runs directly to the area. I don't know what was there when she disappeared, but now there's Walmart, Lowe's, and some strip malls, also a laundromat, so it might not be far from where she was running her errands. https://goo.gl/maps/favms
