AZ - Sex Offender Neil Rodreick, 29, Posed As 12-Year-Old Boy For Years
A 29-year-old convicted sex offender posed as a child and enrolled in four Arizona schools. He disguised his age by shaving his entire body and using professional make up. He went by the name “Casey Price.”
The elaborate ruse started to unravel in January 2007. Investigators credit three administrators from Mingus Springs Charter School in Chino Valley with raising the red flag.

From the link that Ladybass provided, I think it says it all:
As far as getting inside Rodreick's head, I don't know that I want to get inside Rodreick's head,” said Diskin. “He's a pedophile. That's his life. That's what he is. That's what he'll always be.""Three things in human life are important: The first is to be kind; the second is to be kind; and the third is to be kind." ~ Henry James

I actually remember the original threads on this story in 2007. I'll never forget the story because it was so odd.

Law and Order had a story like this except it was a girl instead of a guy.
It's hard to imagine that a guy that old could make himself look like he was 12 years old!!! Some of these perverts will go to any length to be close to kids

Hi Bobbiesangel, and the desperate thing about these pedo's is there is no cure. Even one who has gone through treatment will tell you that, they still fight the desire. Castration doesn't work as their mind is still at work.
At least in the States we have some control measures in place to control them. In England the the Mediterranean countries, well, c'est la vie. They are given light sentences and so many high power people are of this ILK they are almost accepted as normal and it's their way of life. IMO, but I have read allot about it. xox
