"This is a Caylee bear," said George Anthony last week in an exclusive interview, as he held up a small, plush teddy bear.

But should one visit the the address " cayleebears.com ," on the Internet, a different bear appears. It has duct tape around its head and a heart-shaped sticker on the mouth.:( Sitting next to the bear is a silver trash bag.:shakehead: It mocks the circumstances surrounding the discovery of little Caylee's remains on December 11, 2008.

Brad Conway, the attorney representing Caylee's grandparents, George and Cindy Anthony, told FOX 35 that the CayleeBears.com website is "sick." He said he is working to get the site removed.

The CayleeBears.com website claims the stuffed toy to be part of the Casey Marie Anthony Foundation.
To order, one clicks on "contact our foundation," and it sends a request to "zannythenanny@cayleebears.com."

Secondheadline In Article: "Complaint filed against Anthonys"

A group of women have filed a complaint with the Orange County Sheriff's Office against George and Cindy Anthony.

She said in the past few days, every time they put one up(a cross), someone takes it down.

"There's nothing wrong with putting that cross there. Why do they have to be so hateful?" said Peter.

According to Brad Conway, the Anthonys claim that the women attempted to run them over, adding that he hopes to get to the bottom of what he is calling a "he said, she said story."

Then they called the Sheriff's Office and said the SUV was following them.

They were able to flag down an FHP trooper, and on Tuesday, they filed a complaint.

UPDATED: EBay Seller Offers Yearbook With Anthony Photos
Listing Came Off Site Wednesday Evening

A Colonial High School yearbook featuring Casey Anthony was up for sale on eBbay at a collector's item price for most of Wednesday afternoon.

The yearbook was listed $499. But as of Wednesday evening, it had come off the Web site.

According to the seller, Anthony is pictured at least twice inside, and although there are signatures from other students, there is none from Anthony.
It was Anthony's junior year at Colonial High.

In another development, a key witness in the case against said he doesn't want to turn over phone records to Anthony's attorney Jose Baez.

In papers filed this week, Dominic Casey, the former private investigator for Baez and the Anthony family, said he wants a protective order from the judge. His attorney said she did not get proper notice of last week's hearing in which the limits of Baez's subpoena requests for phone records were argued.

Casey Anthony: What WKMG's Tony Pipitone adds to the story
posted by halboedeker on Jun 3, 2009 5:41:57 AM
<snipped>
WKMG-Channel 6's Tony Pipitone is one of the best reporters in town. But he, like every other reporter, is at the mercy of his assignments.

Pipitone broke the news that Jose Baez would seek a change of venue. Pipitone traveled to around the state, carried a photo of Anthony and approached people with the question: Could you give her a fair trial? Pipitone used cell-phone pings to track Anthony's movements in the days after Caylee disappeared. Those reports were all first-rate.

Last week, though, Pipitone added details in profiling Andrea Lyon, the death-qualified attorney who joined Anthony's defense team last week. Pipitone described several of Lyon's most interesting cases -- information that wasn't in other stations' reports. Pipitone had to try harder to flesh out the Lyon story because his report aired in WKMG's 6 p.m. news -- or after Lyon had been all over the news on other stations.

UPDATED: P.I. To Stop Casey's Attorneys From Getting Phone Records
Posted: 3:45 pm EDT June 3, 2009
Updated: 6:13 pm EDT June 3, 2009
<snipped>
The Anthonys' private investigator Dominic Casey has decided to prevent Casey's defense team from getting his cell phone records, even though he's posted them on his website.

Dominic Casey was on his cell phone while private investigator Jim Hoover shot video of Dominic Casey, on November 15 and 16 at the scene where Caylee's remains were discovered a month later on December 11.

He had several calls, but with who, is still a mystery. The private eye posted partial phone records from November on his company website, but the defense wants to know about the other calls.

Casey Anthony's Attorney, Jose Baez, was originally granted access to the private investigator's phone records because Dominic Casey did not contest a motion that was filed by Baez.

eBay seller trying to make $280 off yearbook with Casey Anthony photos
A yearbook showing Casey Anthony at Colonial High School is for sale on eBay.

<snipped>
An Orlando Sentinel reporter e-mailed the seller asking why they would sell a yearbook with old photos of Anthony, when there are hundreds of free pics on the Web.

This is the response the seller just sent the reporter:

"Dear aledwardsosc,

If you had done your homework, you would have found we currently have 109 yearbooks listed. Included are yearbooks with Daunte Culpepper, Deion Sanders, Vail Bloom, Kevin Lewis, Eric Powell, Jeff Conine, Jermile Weeks, Chris Johnson, Maurice Price, Bucky Dent, Kevin Eakin, Drayton Florence, Deanna Wright and Senator John Connally.

Most yearbooks we have listed do not have anyone famous or infamous.

We have sold yearbooks with Casey Kasem and even notorious murderer Mark David Chapman, who killed John Lennon. No complaints or questions on that one.

We acquire these yearbooks randomly from estate auction lots. We list every one we get. If there is anyone - ANYONE - of note in the yearbook, we mention it.

We do not appreciate the accusation that we are simply trying to make money off the tragedy surrounding the Anthony family. We sell yearbooks. Period. We have ONE yearbook, we are not reprinting them or making voodoo dolls to sell. One officially published yearbook. Also, this yearbook has been listed since May 15.

Must be a slow news day, huh?

- ubuy-isell"

Anthony P.I. Won't Hand Over Records
Dominic Casey Searched Woods Month Before Caylee Remains Found
POSTED: Wednesday, June 3, 2009
UPDATED: 5:37 pm EDT June 3, 2009

A private investigator working on behalf of Casey Anthony and her family will turn over some -- but not all -- of his cell phone records, despite a court order instructing him to do so.

Casey later filed a complaint with the Florida Bar against Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez, claiming that Baez told him not to call 911 if he discovered Caylee's body.

Last week, a judge ordered the private investigator to turn over his cell phone records to Anthony's defense team, but in newly filed court papers, Casey claims he has not yet received the request.

He said he will not release any phone records relating to his work with Anthony or her attorneys, claiming such information is confidential.

A 2003 Colonial High School yearbook is fetching hundreds of dollars in bids on eBay. The yearbook features photographs of accused murderer Casey Anthony.

The person posting the item describes the yearbook as having been damaged, and while it includes several autographs and highlighted pictures, it does not appear to have any entries written by Casey.

Pictures of the tot's mom are located in the Travel & Tourism Club.

Casey Anthony: Will George and Cindy be charged?
posted by halboedeker on Jun 3, 2009 6:33:06 PM

The Orange County Sheriff's Office still needs to talk to several people before deciding whether to press charges against George and Cindy Anthony, WESH-Channel 2 reported tonight.

WESH's Bob Kealing broke the story about a couple of women filing a criminal complaint against the Anthonys. The women say Cindy Anthony took down a cross honoring granddaughter Caylee Anthony, then George and Cindy Anthony chased them from the Anthonys' neighborhood.

The Anthonys and their attorney, Brad Conway, "have not specifically denied" what the women say, Kealing said.

Casey Anthony high-school yearbook sells for $500
10:34 PM EDT, June 3, 2009
<snipped>
Recession? What recession?

An unnamed buyer spent $500 on eBay today for a dog-eared copy of a high-school yearbook with pictures of Casey Anthony inside.

The 2003 yearbook from Orlando's Colonial High School was advertised at about $180 early in the day, but the selling price was $499.99, plus shipping and insurance.

The book , titled "Our Lives" and subtitled "2003 Sentry," did not belong to Anthony. But she is pictured in the travel and tourism club and as a member of the junior class, according to the listing.

The seller, in an e-mail to the Orlando Sentinel, said she buys yearbooks "randomly" at estate auctions and has previously sold yearbooks featuring famous and infamous people such as football player Daunte Culpepper, retired baseball player Bucky Dent, the late Democratic Sen. John Connally, radio and TV personality Casey Kasem and convicted murderer Mark David Chapman, who shot former Beatle John Lennon.
