Casey Anthony case: Private investigator doesn't want to turn over phone records
Private investigator Dominic Casey doesn't want to turn over his records to Casey Anthony's attorneys.

Private investigator Dominic Casey doesn't want to turn over all of the cell phone records requested by Casey Anthony's defense team, according to court documents.

Dominic Casey's attorney, Diana Tennis, is requesting Orange Circuit Court Judge Stan Strickland set aside his order, directing the phone company to release the records. She argued that her client was not notified of a hearing last month where the issue was discussed.

The private investigator who worked for Casey Anthony's family in their search for Caylee is not opposed to giving the defense team some phone records but not all of the requested records. He considers those to be "privileged and work product," so not available, according to the court papers.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Orange County investigators are questioning George and Cindy Anthony in connection with a criminal complaint filed by a pair of local women Tuesday.It all stems from an incident where the women claim Cindy Anthony took down their memorial cross to Caylee then, along with George Anthony ,chased them out of the neighborhood.George and Cindy Anthony are the parents of Casey Anthony, who is at the Orange County Jail charged with the murder of her daughter, Caylee. Caylee's remains were found in a wooded area off Suburban Drive last December.A sheriff's spokesman said they either have questioned the Anthonys or they plan to in connection with this case, but they are still not releasing a 911 call made by the women during the alleged pursuit. snipped
