    WI - Sad Case That Shows That Drunk Drivers Need More Help.

    Normally I would say this woman is an and should be sent away forever but I think her case is a lot more pathetic;

    She was arrested a third time in Menomonee Falls on May 8, shortly after dropping her children off at school. A sample showed her alcohol level at 0.17, the complaint says.

    I just can't imagine that somebody without serious problems would do something like that. I'm sure she loves her kids she's just an addict who desperately needs help.

    She shouldn't be driving, but, I agree. This woman obviously needs help and I really hope she gets it.

    IMO, one drunk driving charge over .08 but under .12 should be a high fine. After that any drunk driving within 5 years should be a mandatory 6 months jail time and one year parole. If somebody blows over a .12 the penalties should become stiffer as the alcohol level rises. .25 would be a 10 year mandatory sentence without parole. JMO
