Picture of Band-Aide with Heart Sticker Casey had Saved on Her Computer

Having *advertiser censored* saved may not make her a *advertiser censored* actress, having skulls saved may not make her morbid, having artwork saved may not make her an art enthusiast, but having a picture of tape with a heart shaped sticker on the middle of it........... what are the odds of that being a coincidence? Even for a die hard, hold out juror......there is no getting around this.

Am I reading the date correctly of that being posted on her photo bucket account 07-02-2009...July 2, 2009? Holy crap! If so that better be admisable, enlarged to poster size sitting right there in full view of the jury during the 'whole' trial' and 'DP' sentencing. jmo

That pic give me more chills than any other I have seen from her account. It makes me angrier than the party scenes...

I don't think there is any doubt what she meant...or what she was thinking...JMO

WOW! Just wow! That would be an unbelievably difficult thing to pass off as a mere coincidence. And if it was uploaded on the 2nd of July? This may in fact be one of the pictures that JB and company did not want circulating. My question-why have we not seen this picture before now? Or have we?

IIRC I have seen it before...just hadn't separated it out.

As far as the date...do we have the date KC uploaded it...need to find the doc dump this one was released in...

I see the photobucket date as 7-2-2009 (today's date) at 10:30 am, which I assume is when TWA uploaded it to the above post - but I can't find the 2008 date (am I missing something) that would indicate KC uploaded it exactly a year ago to her account.

right...is there a way to find the pic with the upload date...maybe looking in the computer forensics thread

I have no idea what date she uploaded it, or what date Lee or LE found it saved on her computer, or even if an average American who was searching her Face Book, My Space or various photo sites is the one who discovered it. The date you see is the date I saved it to my computer.

She has had a lot of disturbing images discussed, a lot of dark things depicted, but this one stopped me cold! I noticed no one had mentioned it, Nancy, Greta, Jane and I wondered what you my friends thought of it.

I think (?) it is allowed. Seems I recall that in other trials when they bring evidence out and just leave it in full view. Hope someone can tell us positively if this is possible.

The 7.2 KB refers to kilobytes, the size of the file, so I'm not sure where the 07-02-09 is coming from??

The 07-02-09 is coming from the date...right click on the pic and click on "properties" and you will get the photo date.

In order to get the original date that Casey uploaded it, we need to go to her photobucket account (I assume) and look at the properties there.

I am very curious as to what Andrea Lyons is going to come up with she has "all " the evidence. Her reputation as a lawyer is definitely going to change with this case. If she values what most people call morals, she will get out while she can.
