Debora's body was found on Sun eve. A 45 yr old man from Union Mo. by the name of Timothy Shults was arrested. He confessed to Le after being questioned about another case and led them to where he had left her body in the woods. He said that she was in the wrong place at the wrong time and he was angry. He did not even know the lady!

This is so sad. Rest in peace, Deborah. Prayers for her family.

A guilty verdict has been handed down against a Franklin County man who allowed Judge Gael Wood to determine his guilt in the random strangulation murder of a woman investigators say 48-year-old Timothy Shults didn't even know...

Officials say Shults killed 53-year-old Deborah Marsch in July 2009 after a fit of rage in which started earlier in the day while Shults argued with his estranged wife...

Judge Wood ordered Shults to serve the remainder of his life in prison with no chance of probation or parole.
