Burglary of a conveyance - is that a break-in of an automobile?

Can be. From what I looked up...it means the person opened the door or as in the case of a motorcycle...went into their "space". Could be a house or anything as near as I can tell. LOL Ask Mickey Sherman tonight at 8:00pm. ;)

Kind of late with this but didn't see it listed.

Jury Selection Begins For James Hataway Trial where he is facing attempted murder charges in a separate case involving a Casselberry woman.

http://www.wftv.com/news/23264063/detail.html

I have searched the other local news sites and haven't found any other details of this trial. Does anyone else know if this trial took place or not?

Authorities with the Apopka Police Department confirmed Tuesday afternoon that they found human remains in an area where they once searched for Christopher George.

"Human remains have been found at Lake Carter," Apopka Police Department spokesman Steve Popp said.

Police said they could not confirm if the bones belonged to a man or woman or if the find only constituted one set of remains.

The remains were found just yards from where George's truck was found abandoned two years ago.

Rachel George was at the scene of the search for her son, but she said she won't let herself imagine any outcome until she has proof.

My apologies - I believe I posted the above on the wrong thread! I haven't followed this case very closely, so I didn't realize there were so many!

One of my best friends is currently sitting at the courthouse for JURY SELECTION on this trial!! She is freaking out! She desperately does NOT want to do it. She made it through the morning cuts and was due to report back now (2 p.m.). We were hoping she'd get cut early, but it looks like she'll be there all day (I have to bring her DD home from school just in case). Now we are just praying that she doesn't get selected! (me, personally, I'd want to be on the jury...)

James Hataway, left, and defense attorney Wayne Culver confer as potential jurors enter a Seminole County courtroom Monday, March 28, 2011 for jury selection in the attempted murder trial of James Hataway, the only named suspect in the Tracy Ocasio missing person's case. This case, though, is unrelated. Hataway, 30, is charged with trying to choke a 20-year-old woman and snap her neck after she drove him home from a night of partying in 2008. (
