Family Court of Australia - Missing Children
Information relating to missing children, including pictures and descriptions.
Under the Family Law Act the Family Court of Australia can, when a child is missing, lift restrictions that otherwise stop the names of people involved in family law proceedings from being published. This is done specifically to locate a child.
For missing children to be listed on this site a judicial officer must have made an order permitting names and photographs to be released to the public in an
effort to help find the child.
If a child is missing you should seek urgent legal advice.
