Lafayette County Searches for Missing Woman

    Last Update: 7:14 am

    Suzan Lynn Keirle

LAFAYETTE COUNTY, Mo. - The Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing endangered adult.

Deputies say 40-year-old Suzan Lynn Keirle walked away from her southern rural Higginsville home Saturday afternoon.

Her family is concerned for her welfare because she has a psychological disorder. She left the area in an unknown direction on foot.

She had not taken her medication and may possibly be a danger to herself.

Keirle is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs approximately 125 pounds. She has blond hair and green eyes. She was last seen wearing a white or light blue sleeveless blouse, gray calf length sweat pants and tennis shoes and did not have access to a vehicle.

Now why did a family member find her before LE? Didn't they do an all out search for her? I am glad she was found, however...Wonder if the family mentioned that a gun was missing???
