This is an incredible story of the lowest of low lifes in existence. How could any one person permit an infant to sustain even one injury by a rodent (or anything else) when that child is in their care, much less the child being left like refuse to be eaten by rats.
Everyone of the adults who knew of that child's presence and did not do something upon knowing of this child's first injury deserves punishment. I am getting to the place of wanting to put such low lifes out of the boat immediately.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
