Looks to me like a list of items that LE collected to obtain DNA. Some people do save their newborn's umbilical cords.It sure does look like that.

pretty sure that's what it would be. Some people keep them.I'm going to guess that it's the little piece that falls off the baby's belly *dries up*
not the entire umbilical cord ..just the little stub that is tied and left to fall off the navel
