When she did not return home she was reported missing to the Havre De Grace Police Department. On 01-19-1990 a skull and bones were located at the above location. Was looking to see if have any updates, I miss her. All these years and I can still remember spending time together. Kay was a relative of mine.

Searchers combed the woods off Trappe Church Road that day, looking for the missing pieces of Kennett M. Gehman's body. Gehman was last seen leaving her Havre de Grace home on her bicycle Sept. 2, 1983.

"We found mostly bones, hand bones and back bones," said Trooper Robert White who trains the team.

"The medical examiner used dental records to identify her," he said.

"But they could not tell the exact cause of death."

Kennette Gehman was last seen alive on 9-3-1983 riding a bicycle in the area of her residence. When she did not return home she was reported missing to the Havre de Grace Police Department. On 1-19-1990 skeletal remains were located in a wooded area off Trappe Church Road about three quarters of a mile east of MD Route 136 in Darlington, Harford County, MD. The remains were positively identified as Kennette Gehman. The case was ruled a homicide due to the circumstances surrounding Gehman's disappearance.
