New Pediatric Subspecialty-Child Abuse Pediatrics
Related in this story is a case where a father was arrested and charged with the shaking death of his infant. The father was freed when a specialist determined the child had a Vitamin K deficiency which caused the cranial bleed. The child had never received his Vitamin K shot when he was born.
Also related in the story are survey results from physicians who were uncomfortable with their ability to recognize signs of abuse and how many of them failed to recognize all parts of female genitalia.email me

Are you s*#tting me?????? How did they get through medical school!?!?!?! Maybe this explains some of the doctors I've been getting.......My posts and their content are MY OPINION unless I have provided a link
