I think it would be a good idea for this site to compile a list of these repeat offenders in the news. We need to really start screaming louder to our state and federal lawmakers. I am really tired of them trying to "rehabilitate" these guys. I have been following the story of Jaycee Dungard in Calif. It is sickening how these guys get out of prison and go right back to their same ol practices. I know its nothing new, but alot of people don't think about this until a major crime hits the news and when the news fades people forget their outrage and nothing is ever done to prevent it from happening again.
OK LOL done with my rant.

Here's the link to LAKE COUNTY CLERK RECORDS
scroll down to the " I accept" section and it will open to a page where you enter his first & last name. Since he's 26, I'd indicate a starting date 8/9yrs ago in order to see all the offenses.
He has 2 Felonies
BURGLARY OF A DWELLING 8/15/2000 2 POSS/COC/INT/TO/SELL/DEL/W/IN 1000FT CHURCH 8/15/2000
3 POSS MARIJ -20GRMS/W/INT SELL W/I 1000' CHURCH
BURGLARY OF A STRUCTURE - Offense Date: 3/23/2005
In addition, he has 6 Misdemeanor charges, 3 Criminal Traffic infractions and 15 other Traffic Infractions.

Every other job in the world can expose you to personal liability if the outcome of your actions results in the harm of another. The people who make the decisions about releasing these people face more consequences for not bringing their budget into balance than they ever do for the damages caused by these people. I become more and more pro-death-penalty everyday, and a death penalty that is carried out as soon as your appeal is over. Your one appeal, not this 14 layer system we have now.

MY DAILY RANT:
The statute of limitations on rape has to be eliminated. Can you imagine being raped and to afraid or ashamed (< it happens) to report it. IMO if men were raped as women are I guarentee there would be no statute of limiatations and these POS would never get out of prison.A grandchild fills a space in your heart that you never knew was empty....

The only difference between a rapist who hasn't been convicted and one who has served his time and gotten released, IMO is that the one who has gotten released is more likely to kill his victim in order to make it harder to get caught.
