"(CNN) -- A U.S. Special Forces raid in Somalia on Monday may have killed a wanted al Qaeda terrorist, U.S. officials said."
They were on the hunt for Saleh Ali Saleh Nabhan, by all accounts a SERIOUS bad guy. He is linked to the US embassy bombings in Tanzania, and Kenya as well as a 2002 Suicide bombing on an Israeli hotel. Forces landed and recovered the body for identification. Several people were killed and a US gunship was off shore supporting the action. President OBAMA signed off on the raid.
