Yes, you're right. If the DNA comes only from blood. But an article in the paper yesterday said DNA can be transferred by many different means.

I think the bloody clothing in the ceiling is the most telling evidence--it reportedly has DNA from both Clark and Ms. Le. That would be hard to explain away as the belongings of another person.

Do we know who the girl was holding the door open for Annie as she arrived?
She was wearing a glove and I always wondered if she was the GF.

She looked a lot skinnier than the GF--but maybe it was the angle of the camera or some kind of distortion.

This is what I'm particularly curious about and haven't seen anything mentioned regarding this woman. Could be a completely innocent person but very curious to know who. If this woman had nothing to do with it, I wish the police could come out and say so.
If there is anything worse than the sandwiches, it is the sausages which sit next to them. Joyless tubes, full of gristle, floating in a sea of something hot and sad, stuck with a plastic pin in the shape of a chef’s hat: A memorial, one feels, for some chef who hated the world, and died, forgotten and alone among his cats on a back stair in Stepney. – Douglas Adams

I don't think RC's father would necessarily be bright enough to "coach" him on what to say and what not to say. After all - he's no lawyer...

I hope I'm not violating rules by saying this, but for all we know, perhaps "the apple didn't fall far from the tree".

I think she was carrying a (coffee) cup, not wearing a glove. And I don't think it is the girlfriend, but not sure when photo below is from. I know I've seen recent one though.

Here is photo of Jennifer (date?).

And more photos of Jennifer and Ray than anyone would want:

Remember, her body was hidden behind a wall in a crawlspace rather than out in the open where he could plausibly say he was before the crime. There's just no way that particular evidence would be excluded. It also happens to be the evidence that is the most damning for him.
Oh I don't think much of the evidence is going to be thrown out, if any. But I do believe the defense is going to do their best to make it happen and will focus on the fact that the area wasn't secured, and that RC kept working in the area after the crime was committed and could've gotten fingerprints, DNA, etc, on things after the crime. JMHO.

I saw in a video clip that he told police he had not seen her that day. If that's true, he closed that door already.
