IA - Zara Yamen, 5 mos, suffocated, Ankeny, 15 April 2007
Police said they were called to Rains' home on April 15, 2007, on a 911 call about an non-responsive infant found in her crib. Investigators said there was no sign of foul play in the case and the medical examiner identified the cause of death as "sudden unexplained death."

That You Tube video is haunting. This woman saying " I'm going to get you" and "say bye" over and over. Justice for Zara.

From August 2010:
An Iowa mother was sentenced to 50 years in prison on Friday in an emotional case that brought the courtroom and the judge to tears.
Tresa Rains received the sentence after being found guilty of child endangerment. She was originally charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Zara...
Rains, who police said admitted to suffocating her daughter at an Ankeny home in 2007, refused to say how her daughter died, even when pressed by her former father-in-law during his impact statement.
