Did I hear the interviewer say that the hair found in the trunk was not found to be from a decomposing body? @1:21 on the tape
 
For those who don't have audio - here is a paraphrase of the video

duct tape doesn't match gas can in garage
dna on duct tape doesn't match KC (lab tech)
lack physical evidence implicating KC in murder
hair did not come from decomposing body

JB says:not enuf to support a legal finding
motion dismiss is legal plea - burden not a case for 1st deg murder or agg. child abuse - these specific charges do not reach level of prima facia case
KC has a compelling reason for actions - gonna lay out at trial
specific legal motion for court to have legal finding -
TM says we cant tell you our defense - kc will be proven innocent

This is the same interviewer that pampered and whispered to George and Cindy during their interview isn't it? She is ill informed and ineffective imo.
 
Every time a document dump comes out the Anthony's and lawyers do the media rounds. If we get the other 1000 pages next week we can look forward to more of the same.

The FBI tech says she can't be absolutely sure the hair is from a dead body but it is consistent. Ooooh, then I just read the email on the next page where she says if she could find more than just one hair w/decomp it would help prove it's from a body and not just a random possibility that one hair could look that way.

Well, there's part of the defense we'll hear during trial right there.
 
Alrighty then. So they say she's innocent; the case will be tried in a court of law, not in the court of public opinion. So why are they doing the morning talk-show rounds, trying to sway the jury?

TM spouted the same old song and dance when asked something to effect of "what's up with all of Casey's lies?" and he replied, as usual, everybody say it with me now...

That will come out at trial...


Sure. If they really wanted to do damage control for their client like they seem to be by hitting the talk shows and talking up exculpatory evidence, they wouldn't be tight lipped on anything that would make Casey look better. She's despised by America. If they had anything that could make her look better in the public eye, they'd have spilled it long ago.

Nothing to see here folks.
 
With all these defense media appearances how can they possibly argue for a change of venue based on pretrial publicity?
 
Theres no heart sticker
Theres no dna
Theres no fingerprints
Theres no decomposing hair
Theres no matching duct tape.

The states case is falling apart before our very eyes.

Evidence leading up to the crime is very important to me.
 
There's no job
There's no babysitter
There's no blackjack
There's no rotting pizza in the trunk
There's no dead squirrel
There's no script
There's no remorse
There's no outcry to find the real killer

There's no excuse.
 
and they still have never found the real ZFG, her sisters, her roomates, her mother, her stepfather, etc..juliet lewis, jeff hopkins, zachary...

Thank you for posting things leading up to the crime. That means a lot to me.

Maybe before your eyes...but please don't include me! We (many of us) always knew that there was the likelihood that dna evidence would have been washed away in the six months of being immersed in water. In my mind, nothing has changed. Curious as to what your opinion was on December 11th.

...and IMO their presence on these shows compounds their "problem".
