A block of downtown Estes Park is in flames this morning, consuming some of the oldest buildings in the resort community.

I love Estes Park in the off season. I used to live in nearby Raymond, and had a store called The Turquoise Trail in The Courtyard. What a tragedy for this town to lose ANY historical buildings, let alone a whole block. I hope they keep it from spreading any more. Bless the firefighters and property owners. I admit I'm tearing up posting this.
