Can we clone that judge and put him in every courtroom in the US! Way to go Judge Davis.
 
great news! And from my current area too! This judge....an angel!
 
Davis ruled against a defense contention that the law was unconstitutional, saying that state legislatures have decided that "enough is enough" when it comes to preying on kids.

What a great Judge!!! He is a fine example of what these judges need to do when an SO comes before them. They can mete out harsher punishment and should, IMO.
