    New Prosecution Witness -Dr. Jawitz

Prosecutors today also added another expert to their witness list -- Dr. James W. Jawitz, an associate professor at the University of Florida.

According to the university's Web site, Jawitz is an associate professor in the soil and water science department and director of graduate programs.

Can we hope that the soil found in the trunk matches that at the crime scene?

He contributed to a book- Encyclopedia of soil science, Volume 2 By R. Lal.
His contribution was titled-Solute Transport. So, I'm sure he is going to show a connection between the Pontiac and the remains site and perhaps the backyard soil where the cadaver dogs hit. They did take soil samples in the backyard didn't they?

I believe this is just the beginning. I don't think we've even scratched the surface, even with the gazillion documents released; as to the magnitude of the evidence the SA has and the expert witness they will call.

    GO TEAM PROSECUTION!

Happy to have his expertise on the prosecution's list. He will be very familiar with the differing conditions that occur in the wetland/vacant area where little Caylee's remains were found...

Yep!! It makes me sooo happy to see the experts on the prosecutions side - since LKB was yammering about "schooling" the Judge!! By the way, where is the defense? Oh, that's right right-they're waiting for another 40 pages of discovery from the state!!!
