Identified! SC - York Co., UID female, 13-20, found burned, Nov'09 - Randi Saldana

An unidentified female body was found on Sunday 11/15/09 in Kings Mountain State Park in York County in SC. The body had been burned, but a unique tattoo was visible on her right arm and the police have released pictures of it.

The person's age is estimated to be between 13-20 years old and is 5'5" tall and 115 pounds. The body does not fit the description of any missing persons in the immediate area or surrounding counties.

The body was found in a very remote area which is not very far (less than 20 miles) from where the body of 17 year old Heather Catterton was found on Oct. 29, 2009.

Perhaps those of you who are good at searching the missing persons databases can see if there is anyone who fits this description?

Are you thinking about the possibility of it being the missing girl from NY to went to Myrtle Beach on spring break and hasn't been seen since?

Do you know if she has a tattoo?

In the photo of the girl's arm with the tattoo, it's hard to tell what race she is because the body was burned.

In the age range of 13-20, my guess is that she's in the 18-20 range because of the tattoo. Don't you have to be 18 to get a tattoo without a parent's permission?

LE believes the body had been there for less than a day and the location is only five miles away from where Heather Catterton's body was found on Oct. 29th.

Possibly they may have a serial killer running around..

Less than 20 miles in a remote area where Heather Catterton's body was found.
(Heather Catterton who had drug problems and was a runaway). There may be a possibly this body found belongs to an individual who may fit the same profile as Catterton..

Height and weight stats make her too tall/heavy to be Brittanee. I think there was an article stating 5' 5" / 115 lbs.

Location of the tattoo is the same - upper right arm. I wonder if there is a picture of this girl's tattoo any where? The tattoo on the body that was found almost looks like barbed wire.

That was my thought too. As it turns out the two areas are even closer than first reported - not 20 miles apart, but five mile apart. Both areas are very remote and hard to get to.

I did a brief look and could not find any other missing teens reported in that general area. Hopefully someone will recognize the tattoo and come forward soon.

Cc, I did some more checking and Jessaboo, is Carmen's sister. She (Carmen) has another sister named, Danielle. If you go to Danielle's MS page, it shows pictures of Carmen.
