An Onslow County judge Monday ruled that the trial of a former Camp Lejeune Marine, who is accused of killing a pregnant Marine, will be delayed.
Cesar Laurean will now stand trial on August 9th for the murder of Lance Corporal Maria Lauterbach in December of 2007.

This trial will be televised, won't it? Seems I remember it being said that it would be. My memory is slipping!
I didn't think it would be televised, but not positive.

Looks like everyone's expecting a large turnout.
A Goldsboro resident is using eBay to auction a parking space near the Wayne County Courthouse for next month’s high-profile murder trial of a former Camp Lejeune Marine corporal accused of killing a pregnant colleague.

Someone on Ebay is renting a parking space.

I can't believe this has not hit national news yet. The trial is a week away.

Goldsboro is my birthplace and hometown. It may take a while to get a jury seated. Is the death penalty on the table? I'll be watching for news on this one. Any chance of the trial being televised?

What a surprise! It will be nice watching this trial together. I lived near Southern Wayne but attended private school in Goldsboro. And yes, it has been many moons ago. Graduated HS in 1970.

I was born in Mt. Olive - well I was born at Wayne Memorial but my parents lived in Mt. Olive LOL. I lived there till I was 5 and we moved to Raleigh. Quite a bit of my relatives from both sides still live in Wayne County. One uncle is in Seven Springs and one is in Dudley. All the others are still in Mt. Olive - small world, huh??

LOL, I lived a mile from the Fair grounds on 117 South. Wow, it's a small world. I also was born in Wayne Memorial and my two daughters were too. I moved away when I was 21 to Wilmington.
