PA - Dance teacher charged for offering wine and sex to boys
Cassandra Sproch is a 42 year old teacher. She takes teens to dinner, and offers them alcohol. According to one boy she also kissed his neck and offered him sex.
Considering Ms. Sproch has been in trouble with the law before it looks like dismissing her from the Father Ryan school in McKeesport was a good idea. This lady is also a credit card scammer. To her credit Ms. Sproch admitted to offering the one boy "a little alcohol", and "lost sense of herself". WTH does that mean? On top of it all I bet she was driving.

18 months probation for this lady. The outrage is her Defense Attorney said no harm was done and it's a rite of passage. What? The prosecution called that one out. If a man had done the same thing people would be furious.
No word on what has happened to her poor son.
Way to Cassandra Sproch.

A rite of passage? A rite of passage? I was doing reasonably well handling the blatant idiocy of this woman until I came to that line. My guess is that the attorney hasn't had to deal with a lifetime of shame and confusion concerning a "rite of passage" like that. I would also guess that he doesn't work with young people who live with the aftermath of rites like this doled out by predator teachers. Jeesh.
He should be sanctioned for that comment. That's inexcusable.

OMG- A rite of passage! I can't believe anyone would say this...
I too agree, if a man did this we would be hanging him out to dry. She gets probation. I think we need to even up the punishment when it comes to doling out sentences.
The charges against her deserve a harsher sentence.
Maybe this will stop this woman from trying to commit a future act on a minor now that she has been caught.
