New Casey Anthony discovery to be released

New discovery documents in the case against Casey Anthony are set to be released today. This comes a day after new motions were filed. Prosecutors filed to keep the check fraud charges against Anthony. Her defense team wants them dismissed.

The State Attorney's Office released more documents in the Casey Anthony case this afternoon.

The state released 40 pages this afternoon, adding to the more than 13,000 pages that have already been made public, a spokeswoman for the State Attorney's Office said. The evidence is being made public in response to a public records request made by the Orlando Sentinel.

Reporters are reading over the documents.

Holy carp, the remains/well area is much more graded than I thought-I was thinkin gradual slopes, but the area on the south of Suburban seems to have some unexpected dips and raises in terrain.

Was this from April 2008 or from June 9th time frame when KC and Caylee spent the night for the last time.

Was it George and/or Cindy that said they had never seen a T-shirt of Caylee's that read "Big Trouble Comes In Small Packages" ? I barely remember one of them saying something about this.

yep...not something cindy would buy Caylee or have her wear...so I guess the nanny was buying the clothes and dressing Caylee even when Casey was around.

The 911 call from the lady and gentleman is uninteresting, except the part at the end where the police note they did not search the woods behind the elementary school because of the thick brush, wet conditions and deep water. Hmmm...
