Henrico Police are seeking the public's assistance in locating Angela Laverne Moore, a 41-year-old black woman last seen Dec. 28 in Richmond in the vicinity of the Satellite Club and Club Illusions. Moore is 5 foot 7 and weighs approximately 165 pounds. She has black hair, brown eyes and a medium complexion and was last seen in the company of a male, Tracy Oneal Scott.

Scott operates a 1999 burgundy or red Chrysler Sebring with Virginia registration KEM-5061.

Keyarna Lee, Moore's daughter said she is particularly worried about her mother's well-being because she was last seen with her boyfriend, 42-year old, Tracy Scott. Keyarna said Scott is abusive and was charged with assaulting Moore just before Thanksgiving. He too is missing and was last seen in Richmond, near Satellite Club and Club Illusions with Moore.

The Richmond Police Department is conducting a homicide investigation after Richmond officers discovered the bodies of a man and woman inside a vehicle in the 1900 block of Hopkins Road this afternoon.

The deceased have been identified as Angela Laverne Moore, 41, of the 5600 block of Yates Lane in Henrico, and Tracy Oneal Scott, 42, of the 4600 block of Chamberlayne Avenue. Both individuals were active missing persons cases.

The cause and manner of death is unknown pending an autopsy by the Medical Examiner tomorrow. The motive is unknown at this time.

Anyone with any information is asked to call the Richmond Police Tips Line at 514-TIPS or Crime Stoppers at 780-1000.
