O.K. this dude was dropping high powered rifle rounds as cops chased him so it's not funny, but...............
Duane Randall stole a car. The owner was able to flag down cops who chased Randall. He was somewhere in some storage facility and they just followed the prints in the snow. Brilliant. LE commanded him to come out and he didn't so they sent in the dog. Good. Nice mugshot and he looks p*zzzed. Thank goodness nobody was hurt.
