Jr's custody issue arising from Ron's arrest

Poor Jr., in the middle of a family falling apart. Let's hope they give him a chance.

I would like to hear what else TN has to say.
 
I would take Jr out of that dis-functional environment quickly so he has a chance
 
Our Heavenly Father works in mysterious ways. I think we will now find out what happened to Haleigh. I bet LE is ripping into Misty. I'm so happy, I can't explain how I feel. All I can say is: THANK YOU JESUS.

I just heard on the scanner that 2 females and 7 males I think were being escorted from the jail. I wonder if the gang is being escorted over to the court house for their hearing this morning. I wish it would be live. I am going to see if anyone will be covering it.
 
I think Jr will be better off with his mother. Get him away from the Cummings, NOW!
 
This poor little guy. He was born into this world with the odds stacked against him. Hopefully these events will lead into him finally being in a safe, secure, stable, loving home.

I sure hope so, he deserves so much better.
 
:banghead: If this were Casey in court this AM the media would be front and center. I have not found one media outlet that is covering the case from the court house.:furious:
 
I don't know why he isn't with his mother already. Obviously she has visitation without supervision! I know for a fact that in Calif. and Oregon when a custodial parent is arrested for a major crime like this, the non-custodial parent gets the children right away!

I wonder what the deal is here?

That is just wrong on so many levels. Haleigh's disappearance is unsolved, for heaven's sake! I did have a friend in Orlando email me that WFTV is covering this though.

That is the way it is here as well Kimster. I do recall that KP said the reason she did not help CS file for custody was because CS was using drugs and other. Allegations per KP.

I wonder if TN and GGMS will bring this up in court this morning? DCF is a huge waste, it will take months for them to investigate the allegations and as we know if DCF doesn't see a child in ICU they do nothing.

The one that will suffer is JR. because if these grandmas go to court mud slinging Jr. will end up in Foster Care.

I just pray that he ends up in a permanent home full of love. Enough is enough, this child deserves the best the world has to offer. He did not ask to be brought into this world.

Wonder why TN thinks a judge should give GGMS custody of Jr.? As I see it, Crystal is the non-custodial parent and the court has granted her visitation rights..And to my knowledge her visitation rights aren't subject to any court ordered supervision..
Neither TN or GGMS should be awarded custody of Jr... IMHO, GGMS has failed miserably when it comes to raising her children as well as her children's children she has had dumped on her to help raise..
Also, WHY doesn't TN offer to step up to the plate for Jr.? After all he is her grandson.. IMHO, TN, like her son, is very selfish and uncaring to expect an aging parent to take on the responsibility of raising yet another child that does not belong to her..
IMHO TN and RON C have both proven they have shirked their responsiblity when it comes to raising their own chidlren... JMO
 
GGS and TN failed to raise Ron to be a good citizen, now older, what kind of life can they offer JR??
JR should go to mom. She has proven IIRC to clean up her act.
She is much younger and can stand up to raising him.
Get JR away from the town, bad relatives etc.
I woud even change his name so people don't associate him to his bio dad. JMOO

IMHO, Crystal should be granted full custody.

News crews are really busy.......this is big news, Gabriel is big news, Hearsay Law is big news, so many more .big cases falling at the same time.

Mzz Nancy has allot of decisions for tonights show..........did she call her friend TN to come on???
