The family of a 20-year-old Kendalia man is searching for clues as to his whereabouts. Trey Noah was last seen on November 30, 2009 at his parent’s home. He was at the residence when they left for work.

Neither family nor friends have heard from him since that day.

Trey is 6-feet, 2-inches tall, weighs 210 lbs and has blond hair and blue eyes.

If you have any information regarding the whereabouts of Trey Noah, please contact the Kendall County Sheriff’s Department at 830-249-9721.

Details from law enforcement officials were sketchy this morning regarding the discovery late Sunday morning of a body at an undisclosed location in eastern Gillespie County.

Sheriff Buddy Mills reported that the deceased male has been identified by the Travis County Medical Examiner’s Office as being that of Trey Allen Noah, 20, of Kendall County.

Rest in Peace Trey.

A Fredericksburg jury convicted Blanco resident Brandon Harber on Wednesday, Jan. 14, for tampering with physical evidence while disposing of Trey Allen Noah’s body in November of 2009... State District Judge Keith Williams sentenced Harber to 180 days of jail time, which will be served at the Gillespie County Jail...

Murder charges were originally filed against Shelby Moore and Harber in the wake of their June 2010 arrest; however, Gillespie County District Attorney Bruce Curry subsequently dismissed those charges in the wake of a Fourth Court of Appeals ruling that found investigators had failed to properly administer Miranda rights.

Curry doubts additional prosecutions related to Noah’s death unless new evidence surfaces.

I feel for the family. The murderers getting away with it because of Miranda issues must be so painful.

“I’m terribly sorry for not saying anything sooner,” Moore told Noah’s family in court Thursday after being sentenced to nine years in prison for tampering with evidence — the corpse — under a plea deal struck in August.

But the apology and the punishment don’t satisfy Melodie and Darrell Noah, who say they still want to know what befell their 20-year-old son on Nov. 30, 2009, at Moore’s home in Kendalia...

Harber was convicted of evidence tampering at a trial in January and a jury gave him 10 years of probation. State District Judge Keith Williams added 180 days in jail as a condition of probation...

Williams noted Moore had concealed his knowledge of Noah’s fate for six months — even serving as a pall bearer at his funeral. The judge expressed doubt that Moore would ever have revealed anything if Noah’s body hadn’t been found in April 2010.
