so any of our legal peeps here be able to give us the run down
The MOST important part of today for me at least was when JS asked KC is she thought she was being handled by good legal cousel and was she happy with them and she said yes. I know it was part of the questions for the plea bargain and probably part of the boiler plate that a judge asks when a plea is accepted....but as of today's date she is happy with counsel....I would think the inappropriate counsel arguement just blew up in someones face from today backwards....JMOO
At the end of the hearing..cindy was smiling and happy and holding her necklace around her neck..maybe pieces of caylee in the necklace?? And george looks so angry and upset and so hard to deal with what happened...
Black gentleman behind AL in choc brown suit....that is Mort the PI??? (think KC stopped and shook hands with him?)
Had a flood in the basement I had to tend to Came far to close to death for comfort with the space heater in the process
Catching up as fast as I can with DVR and commentary
"She's safe. She's in God's loving arms. In a lot of ways, I'm content by the fact that she will never have to have her heart broken, or see the constant negativity that our society breeds -nor will she ever be abused or taken advantage of." -Casey Anthony
"They just want Caylee back, that's all they're worried about right now,"- Casey Anthony
"I'm so angry and disappointed in our country's legal system, it makes me sick." -Casey Anthony
"I guess you could say I am living for free off the kindness of strangers." -Casey Anthony
"(Both of my parents are) not working, still, and yet, have the means to travel all over the country and don't feel that they have to explain where or why. Odd, right? -Casey Anthony
I am so sorry Caylee.
OK.. so what does all this mean in a nutshell, please.. anyone??
Now I may appear slow but does this mean going into the murder trial KC will be a convicted felon?
Wow George really looked upset....hmmmmmm...
The World Has Gone Mad.
I think from what I had previously read that defense wants more info from Oakridge that is really not part of the evidence....more like their acctg procedures, etc which has really nothing to do with the case, and doesn't need to be divulged except that the defense wants it.
That is just what I remember from way back when....don't know if I remembered correctly or not.
Watched it all, but I'm confused on what came about with the fraud charges.
100 years from now, it won't matter what kind of car you drove or how big your house was. What will matter is that you were important in the eyes of a child.

She is a convicted Felon!
It went fast, and smooth, so smooth I'm not sure what happened. Waiting for the legal peeps to weight in.
JB said a reasonable bond would solve everything.
She was only crying because she had to admit guilt (something she's not used to) She cried for herself because it was a blow to her ego to stand up their and say those prepared words.
ABC provided $200,000.00 toCasey Anthonys defense! The MURDERED should not be USED to pay for the MURDERERS DEFENSE!
American Tragedy: The defense of Casey Anthony.
Juror No. 11 somehow made the journey from Casey is the one on trial to George may be a murderer, based on how George acted on the stand? 3 years of evidence against Casey and he throws George under the bus. Makes sense? What evidence indicated that George might be a murderer? Anyone?Weren't they to ONLY consider EVIDENCE?This NOT GUILTY verdict throws Caylee right back into the swamp she decomposed in. Thanks to this "impartial" jury.
It will be worse for casey and better for the prosecutors when trying the murder of caylee because casey will now have a conviction under her belt and she stated that she is happy with counsel so she cant appeal saying she was unahppy with counsel in the future..being a convicted felon will be a harsher punishment for the murder case
