Identified! VA - Hampton, male body found on I-64, Feb'10 - Manuel Rubio

HAMPTON -- Va. State Police say a body was found on the Interstate in Hampton early Thursday.

The unidentified body was located around 6:00 a.m. on I-64 east in the area of Mercury Blvd./Cunningham Drive.

An investigation has started and authorities say there was no accident in that area that could account for the situation.

raysgirl1126, I was just reading that on WVEC.com. They certainly didn't give much information as to the race, age, etc.

Whoever placed him there definitely wanted him to be found.

State police say a man's body was found on Interstate 64 eastbound at Mercury Blvd Thursday morning. A van traveling on I-64 discovered the body just before 6:30 a.m.

But they still aren't saying what race or age. Seems to me the race would be obvious and they could make a good estimation as to age.
