OR - Robin Anstey, 62, & Robert Kennelly, 48, murdered, Bandon, 8 Feb 2010
From what I've read, Gabriel (the dad) is the suspect in the death of his mother, Robin Anstey, & her boyfriend, Robert Kennelly Jr....they were all living together as Gabriel, Jessica & Kalea had recently moved back to Bandon....there's a warrant out for Gabriel's arrest for the murders, and also a warrant for Jessica (the mom) as a material witness.
Kalea was last known to be in the company of her parents, Jessica Marie Morris and Gabriel Christian Morris. A felony warrant is on file for Gabriel. They may have left the local area and may be traveling in a silver 2002 Ford Taurus with Oregon license plates YRK052, which is similar to the vehicle pictured above. Jessica may have cut her hair into a short wedge style haircut. CAUTION ADVISED: Gabriel may be ARMED AND DANGEROUS.
34-year old Jessica Morris and the child are now considered to be endangered themselves, even though police believe she could also be driving the vehicle they were last seen with.
Investigators say Gabriel and Jessica have family and friends in the Portland/Salem areas of Oregon as well as Seattle, Washington, Idaho, Utah and San Diego, California.

Gabriel Morris was last seen Monday night at about 9:30 p.m. with his wife Jessica and 4-year-old daughter.
Two days later, police labeled him as armed and dangerous -- and his family as possibly endangered.
The sudden disappearance of his wife Jessica caused concern among co-workers at Bandon Bookkeeping -- and with the Women's Safety and Resource Center in Coos Bay.

I'm curious what makes them feel that his wife and daughter are in danger. I mean, obviously he just killed his mother and mother's boyfriend. So he is a dangerous person and needs to be found. Don't get me wrong. I'm not saying they aren't in danger. I'm just wondering if they aren't "using" the situation of him having a child to their advantage in getting the word out and finding him. Oh, this is sounding not like I mean it to...
Hoping that they find Kalea and her mother safe and soon.

Idaho, I think I get what you're saying. And I know it's not from a lack of concern for Kalea and her mom.
Ditto to the last part of your comment.

With all the debt, doesn't sound like they have $$ to sustain themselves on the run...it must be even more stressful on Gabriel being on the run.
I hope they find them before he decides to do them all in.
Poor little Kalea - I hope she wasn't at the house when her g-ma was killed.

Police issue a warrant for wife
Officials have issued a material witness warrant for Jessica Morris, the wife of a 33-year-old man suspected of killing his mother and her boyfriend.
Police think she was present when Robert William Kennelly Jr., and Robin Lynn Anstey died Monday at their home outside Bandon.

Police: Double Slaying Suspect May Be Headed To Fla.
Morris, his wife, Jessica, and their 4-year-old daughter were last seen driving together, and authorities said they have family in Louisiana and Florida. Police believe they may be driving in a southeastern direction, and they want people to be on the lookout.
Glad to see the info about this case is getting out there...I'll keep checking to see if other states are mentioning the BOLO.

FBI joins search for homicide suspect
Posted: Monday, February 15, 2010 12:53 am | Updated: 8:10 am, Mon Feb 15, 2010.
By Sean Ellis firstname.lastname@example.org
The FBI has joined the search for a former Blackfoot man who is a suspect in a double homicide in Oregon.
Meanwhile, local police continue to be on the lookout for the suspect, Gabriel Christian Morris, 33, because of his ties to Blackfoot. Morris moved from Blackfoot to Oregon two months ago.
Oregon law enforcement officials believe he may be headed in a southeasterly direction on his way to Louisiana or Florida, and an Oregon newspaper has reported that Morris, his wife, and their 4-year-old daughter were seen on a video surveillance tape in Mesa, Ariz., Wednesday evening.
The FBI issued a federal warrant for the arrest of Morris, charging him with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. Morris has been charged with two counts of aggravated murder in the deaths of his mother and her live-in boyfriend.
DA: Shooting suspect seen in Arizona
Monday, February 15, 2010
Police believe the man suspected of killing his mother and her boyfriend has fled to Arizona and may be trying to seek shelter with family he has in Louisiana or Florida.
Officials in Mesa, Ariz., have surveillance tape of Gabriel Morris, his wife, Jessica Morris, and their 4-year-old daughter at a business Wednesday evening, according to a press release. Police also say they have evidence that the family was in San Diego earlier that day.
"Given that it appears that Morris was moving in an easterly direction at least on Wednesday, the possibility exists that he may be headed to Louisiana and/or Florida," said Coos County District Attorney R. Paul Frasier.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation has joined the case after a federal warrant was issued for Gabriel Morris on a charge of unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.
The National Center for Missing and Endangered Children has sent a poster with information about Kalea, the 4 year old, across the country to help the search, a press release said. The poster is available at http://www.missingkids.com.

They have them on video. That is great. It's only a matter of time, I hope.
Can we get these investigators on Aja's case? Not one confirmed sighting of her or Hobbs and it's been over 3 weeks.

this one is very scary..If he did this to his mom..he has nothing to lose...wife and child are in grave danger...

I can hardly believe they've made it as far as AZ -- how is he doing that?? traveling at nite?? That sounds dangerous too, given the weather....I wonder how he's funding his getaway.
I haven't been able to find any news from other states reporting about this case...maybe that's why they've not been found -- NOBODY KNOWS about it!
