Mods, please merge. I have been following this case for a while but could not find a thread here-

Kenneth Rosiello is accused of beating to death his wife in Shrewsbury, MA while his children were home with them. His sister, Lisa Ricardo, is accused as an accessory because she rushed to his side and assisted him in the clean up of the crime scene BEFORE she took the children from the home. It took HOURS.

This woman was effectively stomped to death, suffering massive injuries of her head, chest and back, crushing internal organs. Kenneth is claiming self defense.

Uh huh.

Self defense?? That is the most *advertiser censored**anine thing I have ever read. And those poor children. Can you imagine what else they may have endured?

By all accounts, it was apparently well planned and sis knew that it was going down. And did nothing to defend Maureen OR the children who will now have to live with all of this. And she raced to his side to clean it up. it was a HUGE mess.

Lisa is out on bail. This must be very very hard for Maureen's family.

According to authorities, she was there when the Rosiellos, both 44, began to quarrel, well aware her sister-in-law had suffered a head injury serious enough to mat her hair in blood.
Yet all night long Rosiello remained mum, summoning no help, awaking at dawn to be told by her brother that Maureen Rosiello was dead.

disgusting whats going on practically down the road from me.

i hope ths scum and his sister both rot.

welcome to WS L33! I am really struggling with his sister's roll in all of this.

If I had to guess, I would say the plan was that hubby would give the self-defense angle a shot, and either he folded when it didnt work OR the kids are talking about what they heard/saw... :(

Last Thursday, a Worcester Superior Court jury convicted the 49-year-old Mr. Rosiello of first-degree murder in the killing. Kayla and Michael, the prosecution's key witnesses, were lauded by District Attorney Joseph D. Early Jr. for the courage they displayed in testifying against their father.

This morning, Judge Janet Kenton-Walker sentenced Mr. Rosiello to the mandatory term of life imprisonment without parole.
