Heavy snow was falling so heavy it would all but bring the city to a standstill and Curtis Mitchell needed to go to a hospital."Help is on the way," the operator said.

Sounds like the man and his fiance did everything they could. It's too bad the paramedics didn't walk the 1/4 mile to try to get to him.
