Phillips Missing Since Monday
Updated: 3:44 pm CST March 4,2010
SYLVAN TOWNSHIP, Wis. -- Richland County authorities have found the body of an 86-year-old man who was missing since Monday earlier this week.
Richland County Sheriff Darrell Berglin said that foul play isn't suspect in the death of Ross Phillips, 86, of Soldiers Grove. He said that Phillips' body was found in a dry creek ravine after 1 p.m. Thursday. His remains were about 7 to 10 miles from where his car was found abandoned and stuck in the snow on Shannon's Way in Dayton Township. The area is about four miles west of Richland Center, authorities said.
Rest in Peace Ross.
