Excellent post, Nomoresorrow. I totally agree with you that the kids were in Welaka since probably the Thursday before. I myself have posted the same theory that RC had to run an outfit to GGS house and then take Haleigh to school. Also, I totally agree with your analysis of GGS and TN's relationship. I think GGS had the same type of relationship with her daughter Katrina as evidenced by the harassment and interference of child custody documents filed between the two of them.
The only thing I question is what happened after Haleigh was picked up from school. There were witnesses who said she drove in the opposite direction of the MH. Possibly she went to Welaka and picked up Jr as well at that time. The neighbors did see the kids playing in the yard after school. (If only we knew what the AC man said.) Also, if Teresa was only going to be 20 minutes late or so, why didn't she ever show up? We also know that the van had to somehow get back to Chelsea and Timmy's. Did Tommy take it when he left?
Hmmm-here's a thought: if Misty and Haleigh went to pick up Jr at GGS' after school, maybe they picked up a bunch of their stuff--like Haleigh's blanket and some toys. When they got home, they forgot to take the blanket in the house. Then if Tommy took the van when he left with his kids, the blanket would still be in the van that they took.
I just don't think Teresa was supposed to be with the kids because Ron talked to the AC guy on Misty's phone. He knew she was there. But, I DO still wonder how TN got there in 10 minutes if she lived in Lady Lake--something was fishy there.

Hi doobiedoo - I'll give my best shot at addressing your questions - please bear with me as my head starts spinning when I try to sort this all out... :crazy:
Misty had Tommy & Lindsey's blue van when she picked HaLeigh up at the bus stop that day. Now we know that
that van ended up at Timmy & Chelsea's because Chelsea claims that the van wasn't parked the way she'd left it and the keys were moved... perhaps Misty told TN that she had to take the blue van over to her brother Timmy & Chelsea's home and TN agreed to meet her there to get HaLeigh from her. That may explain why Misty was seen driving
away from the MH and why TN didn't arrive there to pick up HaLeigh.
Misty never made it to Timmy & Chelsea's home because Ron saw Misty picking HaLeigh up at the bus stop and the chase took place. By the time that the chase came to an end and Misty was able to get Ron to listen to reason, explaining to him that his mother (TN) had called and asked her to pick HaLeigh up because she forgot about an appointment she had, it was somewhere @ 4:15 pm
By this time Timmy & Chelsea are calling Misty to find out where she is because they were expecting her to be there with the blue van; TN would/could also be at Timmy & Chelsea's by then to pick up HaLeigh. Misty tells them what happened. By this time Ronald needs to get to work and HaLeigh is crying from the bump on her head (and/or other injury) so Ron tells Misty to take HaLeigh back to the MH (202 Green Lane). Ron calls TN on her cell - he's pizzed at her for going behind his back. He tells her that HaLeigh bumped her head (and/or something else), Misty is taking her back to the MH, and he tells her to get her arse there to get HaLeigh asap and take her over to GGS's.
*Here's a possible scenerio that may fit in with a red truck being seen at 202 Green Lane
AND explain why Tommy, despite Misty's account, has never colloborated Misty's story of him and his kids being at 202 Green Lane at 5 pm, but instead he admits to going there/being there, at the MH, at approx. 10 pm - after Ronald called him...
Because TN was at Timmy & Chelsea's to get HaLeigh, she told Timmy that she could take him to get the blue van from Misty as she was now going there, to the MH, to get HaLeigh anyway. TN's red truck was an extended cab that had a bench seat behind the front seats (albeit squished) so Timmy brought his 2 kids along (Chelsea was pregnant at that time w/the third). They arrived at around 4:45 pm. HaLeigh was riding her bike when they got there. (fits with Misty's account of HaLeigh riding her bike/supposedly doing wheelies in the front yard and her statement, "she was fine" - or something along those lines that made many of us wonder, why wouldn't she be fine?)TN left with HaLeigh to take her to GGS's. Misty and Timmy were planning on leaving too but the A/C man arrived so Misty called Ron to find out what she should do - Ron talked to the A/C man and then asked Misty to stay there until the A/C man was done. Timmy hung around with Misty because he had to drop Misty off somewhere anyway - possibly NayNay's - on his way home. When the A/C man was done Timmy, his kids, and Misty left - somewhere around 6 pm.
In the meantime...
TN has taken HaLeigh to GGS's in Welaka; HaLeigh's condition has worsened. Although HaLeigh hadn't any breathing issues since staying there, GGS's thought that maybe if HaLeigh had a breathing treatment she'd feel better. HaLeigh's breathing machine was at the MH in Satsuma so GGS's had to go there to get it. TN (and/or Uncle D's wife/nurse) stayed with HaLeigh while GGS's was gone. GGS's arrived at the MH shortly after 7 pm to get the breathing machine. (IF this was/is the alleged missing item, this scenerio would explain why it was missing from the MH) By the time that GGS's gets back home, HaLeigh is even worse and the breathing treatment isn't working. In the midst of this, TN and/or GGS's are calling Ron to tell him about HaLeigh and to get a better idea of what exactly happened earlier to her; where did she hit, how hard did she hit... Ronald told GGS's and TN that, whatever they did, they could not take HaLeigh to the ER because he'd lose custody of both her and Jr. if DCF found out the circumstances surrounding HaLeigh's injury/ies. (Ronald was already on DCF's radar). HaLeigh died.
TN goes into cover-arse mode.
1.) Uncle D takes care of HaLeigh's remains.
2.) Ronald needs to get hold of Misty so that they can work out details for staging an abduction scenerio at the MH.
3.) The MH needs to A.) be emptied of all drugs/drug paraphenalia and B.) staged to appear as if an intruder came in through the back door and took HaLeigh while Misty and Jr. were sleeping.
4.) Misty is out partying (as witnessed by others) and Ronald is having a hard time getting hold of her.
5.) Ronald calls Tommy to see if Misty is there. Later, at @ 10 pm, Tommy goes to the MH to see if Misty is there - No Misty.
6.) Ronald calls/gets hold of Timmy. Timmy knows where Misty is because she told him before he dropped her off earlier (at NayNay's possibly) or he dropped her off at the house where the actual party was.
7.) Ronald tells Timmy that it's
really an emergency and he needs to speak to Misty asap. Timmy goes to the place where Misty is partying to tell her. Misty talks to Ron. Ron tells her what happened to HaLeigh and he tells her that both of them will be going to jail unless they come up with a story. He tells Misty that his mother has a plan but the p. plants need to be taken out of the MH and if Timmy helps, he can have them. Ron tells them to go to the MH, his mother (TN) will be there to tell Misty the plan. Misty and Timmy arrive at the MH at approximately 11:30 pm - by the time that the p. plants are loaded and Timmy leaves, it's approximately 12:30 pm.
8.)Timmy leaves to get rid of the p. plants >
after leaving the MH, Timmy may get somebody to help him unload the p. plants. (possibly Cuz, Jo?) But nobody else went inside the MH that night except for TN, GGS's, Jr., Misty, Timmy, and of course Ronald, when he got home from werk.
9.) After Timmy leaves, GGS's arrives with Jr. who is sleeping so he's put in the master bedroom in the full-size bed.
*Regarding the dumpster hit: Did GGS's bring some of HaLeigh's things back to the MH from her house so that it would appear that HaLeigh had been staying at the MH all along? A Blanket, pillow, backpack, breathing machine,...? Something that TN pointed out couldn't come back into the MH because it had some blood and/or vomit on it that would alert LE? When GGS's left, did she put this item in the dumpster? Did TN later retrieve it from the dumpster after GGS's called her on her back to Welaka, telling her where she disposed of the item(s)? A loud truck was heard that night in the area of the dumpster > When TN went back to the MH that night to clean/stage/ and instruct Misty, did she drive back in her red truck
OR did she use a different truck - possibly her boyfriends or another family member's in the area whereby she could easily exchange vehicles and show back up at the MH, following the 911 call, in her red truck. Like to know what type of vehicles everyone drives in this family...
10.) TN tells Misty "the story" > Staging of the MH is completed > TN leaves (to await Ron's call) > Ronald stops at the store on his way home from werk making it appear as though he hasn't a care in the world
AND to reinforce the appearance that he and Misty are (and have been) very much together; shown by him buying her a nightly treat too > Ronald arrives home and the story goes into over-drive...
