Detective Brian Ozment with the Summerville Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing person.
The missing person, Earllana Trammell, has family in Floyd County, is originally from Floyd County and still does much of her business in Floyd County.
Earllana, who now lives in Summerville, had been in touch with her family on Feb. 16, and some of the things that she said concerned her family greatly.
After about a week of not hearing from Earllana, her family became concerned and notified law enforcement.
Some of Earllana’s activities have been traced up until Feb. 17, but after this date no one has seen or heard from her, and the usual means of locating someone missing have been unsuccessful.
At this time, evidence does not lead to foul play at her disappearance, but her family and law enforcement officials are concerned for her well being and safety.
Her vehicle had broken down on the Feb 16 and is still located at her residence, so she has no known means of transportation.
Earllana Trammell, also known as Earllana Garrett, is a 43-year-old white female with light brown hair and brown eyes. She is about 5’3” tall and weighs close to 215 lbs.
If you may have seen Earllana or know of her whereabouts, please contact Det. Ozment at (706) 859-0912 or after-hours Chattooga E-911 at (706) 857-0750.
