I can't tell from that article whether the dog was found dead or alive? Another article stated the dog was protective and possibly aggressive.

She was wearing a dark blue and/or black ski jacket, blue jeans, a red and black stocking cap and calf-high snowboots made of wool.

Nothing new in this article except that it was snowing in the area yesterday.
I wish they would say what clothing was found since her clothing is part of what people are looking for.

Found her Myspace, though it says she is 40 years old, not 39.
I'm pretty sure it's her cause it has pictures of a dog named Max that matches her dog's description and name. Still looking through it, it's not private.

    Can I post the link?

CCSO Deputies, CCSO Search and Rescue Volunteers, Arizona Game and Fish Officers and Arizona Department of Public Safety Officers are conducting vehicle, road and foot searches in the area she was last seen. Several officers who are trained and experienced in human tracking, along with about 25 other individuals, are assisting with the search.

Her vehicle was located off southbound Interstate 17 at the overlook located south of Munds Park. Sheriff's Office spokesman Gerry Blair said it is snowing in Flagstaff and Morris may be exposed to severe weather conditions.

BBM, that doesn't sound good. I wonder if they have a reason to believe this could be a human trafficking case or if this is just normal procedure.

I believe they are referring to officers who are trained to track humans (footprints, etc)- not "human trafficking".

Perhaps they're experienced in the terrain and know the visible clues to look for that would otherwise go un-noticed by others? Also, Flag got about 5-6 inches of snow last night I believe.

after watching the news video I edited my map. This is the overlook area (reporter stated it was about 25 miles south of munds park)

Lots of traffic there if you zoom in... this doesn't look good
