Another poor little baby brutally beaten. Only 6 weeks old. I'm horrified by all these little ones being brutalized and killed.

Father arrested in alleged abuse of a 6-week-old baby

Investigators arrested Anton Bogachov, 24, for child abuse resulting in bodily injury.

Investigators determined the infant's rib was in the process of healing and appeared to be a previous yet recent injury. The head injury was fluid on the brain, according to authorities.

Detectives say the infant's parents took her to the doctor on Monday after she began vomiting from what was believed to be stomach flu. Two days later, she was continuing to throw up and then had a seizure according to authorities.

Sept 2010:

A 23-year-old Littleton man has been sentenced to five years in prison for shaking, and injuring, his infant daughter because she wouldn't stop crying...

On July 19, Bogachov pleaded guilty to two counts of child abuse resulting in serious bodily injury...

At the sentencing a prosecutor told the court that the prognosis for the child - now an eight-month-old - is not clear. She has a shunt in her brain to prevent additional fluid from pooling and doctors say she'll have developmental deficits, which may include not being able to walk or talk, according to the district attorney's office.

My word, this seems like an awfully light sentence for inflicting permanent damage on such a tiny, defenseless INFANT!

This is not justice, IMO.
