The Richland County Sheriff's Office is asking your assistance in locating Skovholt, who is 5 feet 3 inches tall, 170 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
Skovholt is a diabetic. She was driving a 2001 beige Pontiac Gran Am 4-door car with North Dakota license plate GHF 481.
The sheriff's office received a report at 7:25 p.m. Friday from Skovholt's family member stating she had been driving from Fargo to the Mooreton area and was overdue. She was expected to arrive at 6:30 p.m. The family members indicated that they had talked to her on her cell phone about 6 p.m. and she indicated she was near the Galchutt exit on Interstate 29 traveling southbound. People she would know and place she may frequent were all checked and she was not found.
Information receives from the last call indicated that it was made from the general area north of Galchutt.
Mooreton, Dwight and Great Bend fire departments, the North Dakota Highway Patrol and the sheriff's office organized a large search area from the Great Bend area to the Colfax area and from the Red River to several miles west of I-29. Roads inundated by water hampered the search.
Officials and volunteers are currently doing a ground search in the county.
