Good call, agree with you on the dimple, too. Difficult to tell from the angle but it looks like a possibility to me as well, better than the other two I posted even.
How about this comparison for Cherry Greenman? The nose, mouth and eyes look similar. Her description at Charley Project also says she had a birthmark on her forehead.

Good lookout, Joe. I saw the exhibition ran from March 16th to April something in 1971. Could Alcala have went to see that actual exhibit with his alias? Maybe someone brought it back for him or the girl in the photo?
