    "A group cleaning under the West South Street bridge over Salt Creek found skeletal remains at about 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, according to police."

    The body has been identified as Gary Roth, 57, a transient who lived in Lincoln for about 20 years. The trauma on his bones was "unnatural". Investigators are still trying to determine the time and cause of death.
